I have booked a service. What time should I arrive at the branch?
If you have booked a service with us, we ask that you bring your car before 10:00 AM. We ask that you bring your vehicle before 08:30 if you have booked a service with us, such as a change of belt or a change of clutch.
Can I wait for the technical inspection or service to be completed?
Most of our auto centers have waiting areas that can be used while waiting for your car to get ITV / service.

You can have a coupon code, a discount code or a voucher. Please enter it on our service selection page. This page is after your vehicle registration. Enter the code by clicking on the 'Click Here' link. If the website does not recognize your code, please verify that you entered it correctly. Pay special attention to the alphabet O and the numbers in your code.
What is the best way to get a refund on online booking?
If you need a refund for your online booking, please contact our head office. Include your name, vehicle registration, date and the auto center you booked with. Also, any amount paid in correspondence.
Can I book online without paying in advance? Is online booking possible without advance payment?
Online reservations require advance payment. You do not need to pay in advance if you book by phone or in-store, but you will be eligible for an online discount and a 5% service discount.
Can I supply your parts?
We are unable to install parts that we did not provide because we cannot guarantee their quality or integrity, warranty, or make sure they meet the specifications of the original equipment.
Are you using OE (original equipment) parts? What parts do you use?
We only use OE specification parts. You can be sure that the parts we use meet the standards of your car manufacturer.
What if my car doesn't pass ITV? What is the new MOT test procedure? What is the cost of the new MOT test?
If your vehicle fails a technical inspection, we offer a new free trial. However, you will need to make repairs.

If your vehicle fails a technical inspection, we offer a new free trial. However, you should repair where your original MOT is. This is only available within 10 business days. If you choose to work elsewhere, you may have to pay a re-examination fee. This fee may vary from branch to branch.
What is the average time it takes to complete a technical inspection?
We can't guarantee how long it will take to test your vehicle, but we plan to do it in 45 minutes.
I have made a repair. When do I need a branch there?
We recommend that you bring your vehicle before 08:30 if you have booked a repair, such as a gear change or clutch.
Can I pay online for a job I have booked from an auto center or by phone?
Online payment is accepted only for reservations made online. We do not accept telephone payments. Although we accept cash and card payments at the branch, in rare cases we can accept bank transfers at the head office. However, your vehicle cannot be delivered until these funds have been cleared. Contact our head office for more information.
What payment methods are you opening? / Do you accept PayPal payments?
Online reservations through our website are accepted via PayPal and credit cards. However, we cannot accept PayPal payments for work performed directly with the Auto Center. We accept cash and card payments at a branch for jobs contracted with an Auto Centro. In exceptional cases, we may accept a bank transfer at the head office. However, we cannot deliver your vehicle until the funds are cleared. Contact our head office for more information.
