  • Master Clutch Auto Center Limited provides a range of services including MOT, vehicle servicing, air conditioning refills and car service.

Agreement Between Us:

  • Master Clutch Auto Center Limited confirms receipt after payment. You can send email to mail address. Master Clutch Auto Center Limited accepts the order and enters into an legally binding agreement.
  • In the event of a transparent error or omission regarding the services offered at www.masterclutchac.co.uk, Master Clutch Auto Center Limited reserves the right to terminate any agreement. If we discover any errors or omissions in the pricing of the services that you requested, we will notify you via email. This email is intended to let you know the exact price of the services requested. It also allows you to cancel your order or continue it at the new price.

General Terms:

  • English law governs these terms and all transactions relating to this website. These terms and all transactions related to this website are subject to English law. Master Clutch Auto Center Limited won't accept any modification to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Additional terms and conditions may be applicable to prize competitions, pre-release orders, and online offers. These terms and conditions also apply to our services and value-added deals. If they are applicable, you will be notified.
  • These Terms and Conditions only apply to Master Clutch Auto Center Limited. These Terms and Conditions will govern any website that is linked to this site. We do not have any control over the content or operation of any other website. We are required to inform you that most sales are done in English.
  • Delivery and payment: It is risky to place an order at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery address: If otherwise agreed to in writing, the order will be delivered at Master Clutch Auto Center Limited.
  • Payment details: Master Clutch Auto Center Limited can accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, and Switch. All prices, including shipping costs and products, are quoted in sterling pounds. Your payment company will pay for currency exchange.
  • Request available services: Master Clutch Auto Center Limited is unable to provide the service requested. We will contact you immediately. Most orders are made to authorize delivery of services or to pay Master Clutch Auto Center Limited. These orders will be processed within 30 days from the date you placed your order. Master Clutch Auto Center Limited is not obligated to offer additional compensation.
  • Distance sales and cancellation of orders online
  • This agreement must be cancelled within 14 days if you have acted in your capacity as a user.
  • Cancellation expires 14 days after your order date. You can cancel the agreement at any time by notifying us by mail, fax or email. You may send a letter, fax, or e-mail to Master Clutch Auto Center Limited's head office or the branch where the order was placed. Master Clutch Auto Center Limited will refund your original payment method, without deductions.
  • We will charge you for any work that is done to your vehicle if you cancel your service after the cooling-off period expires.
  • You can also use the attached template for model cancellations.
  • To meet the deadline, you must send your cancellation confirmation prior to the cancellation period expires.
  • We will refund any payments received under the agreement if you cancel it. We will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
  • If you don't agree, we will reimburse you using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
  • Master Clutch Auto Center Limited retains 50% of advance payments made online, and Master Clutch Auto Center Limited refunds the remainder (50%) of the original method of payment.
  • There are no users:
  • An online order can be cancelled within seven days of the purchase date. The head office or branch at Master Clutch Auto Center Limited must be notified in writing, including email, by the person who placed the order. Master Clutch Auto Center Limited will re-credit your original payment method and not deduct any fees. If you place your order after the 7-day reflection period, you cannot cancel.
  • Master Clutch Auto Center Limited retains 50% of advance payments made online, and Master Clutch Auto Center Limited refunds the remainder (50%) of the original method of payment.
  • Rejected client:  Master Clutch Auto Center Limited may immediately cancel your contract if the order was not purchased for its intended purpose.
  • This agreement may be amended: Master Clutch Auto Center Limited reserves the right to modify the policies and terms of our website at any time. These Terms may be invalid, void or unexpected for any reason. This condition will be considered invalid and will not affect any other condition.

 

  • Change: Master Clutch Auto Center Limited may agree to modify the Services. However, alternative arrangements will not be considered.
  • Storage costs: Master Clutch Auto Center Limited reserves the right to charge a daily vehicle storage fee upon completion of services. If you do not deposit your vehicles on the agreed date and time, Master Clutch Auto Center Limited may charge an additional fee.
  • Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
  • If you have any complaints, you can complain to our customer service member at emails customerservices@masterclutchac.co.uk or by calling 01733 562227 | 01733 894445.
  • If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal process and have exhausted all other options, you may refer the matter to the next Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process, our clients have access to the National Conciliation Service. The following contact information can be used to file a complaint. NCS is an ADR program.

  • If ADR is not possible, the agreement will be subject to the laws of England or Wales. English courts will have special jurisdiction.

Terms Of Offer:

    • When making a car rental reservation, you must print and submit a coupon or offer on the website.
    • The coupon cannot be combined with any other offer except Master Clutch Auto Center Limited. Privilege card.
    • Only valid on participating branches.
    • Coupons are valid for one year from the date of printing.
    • Any branch that offers a date or change offer for a range of products will receive this offer.
    • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or converted into cash.
